Tap "Restore" on the subscription screen while signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

Yes. The yearly plan's 14-day trial turns into a paid yearly subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. We send you a reminder 2 days before.

Stores change prices often and some add shipping or tax at checkout. Pricestar shows the latest price Google has for each store, so always confirm on the store's page.

Check that notifications are on in iOS Settings → Notifications → Pricestar, and that "Price drop alerts" is on in Pricestar's Settings. We check watched products twice a day, and an alert only fires when the price drops below the price when you started watching (or your target price). Alerts also appear in the Alerts tab → Inbox.

We flag listings that probably aren't the full product at its full price: monthly payment plans, contracts, accessories, repair parts, and prices far below what everyone else charges. Turn on "Show monthly plans & odd prices" in Filters to see them.

Some barcodes, especially store brands, aren't listed online. Try typing the product name instead, or "Type it" to enter the number by hand.

Open Pricestar → Settings → Delete my data. This erases everything we store on our server for your app, plus your likes and searches on your phone. See our Privacy Policy.
